We've seen 15 years in the hospitality industry and we feel like we are just getting started. Our love for travel, food, wine, and planning has ended us up in many places, but St. Jacobs is our favourite yet. Our team is filled with vibrant, smart, independent, and respected individuals with their own incredible gifts in the world of hospitality. The Downtown Venue Series is made up of Cellar 52 and The Timber Barn- why is the downtown series for you? If you are a couple choosing one of our downtown venues, you love everything about the quaint but vibrant village of St. Jacobs and the close proximity to an adorable picture-perfect downtown. You can take advantage of the quiet streetscapes, the hallmark-movie core and the trailing riverside that flows throughout. Our downtown venues are meant for couples who want to be able to have it all, not break the bank, and impress with ultimate guest experience and atmosphere. Downtown venues are most suitable for guest lists of up to 140, and the riverside ceremony option is exclusive to the downtown venues. The venues are spacious, but remain intimate, allowing you to closely celebrate with your favourite people. The dance parties can't be beat at these venues- they have everyone in the same area on the dance floor with the bar at their fingertips - it doesn't get much more lively then this. Photo opportunities are endless within the hidden streets and bridges of downtown St. Jacobs, and Gilt Catering's food offerings will leave your guests full and speechless. Prices are most appealing here, allowing you room to add on that specialty cocktail, an elaborate charcuterie or an extra late night to keep the party going - but nothing outside the basics is necessary to throw a memorable party. The Acred Venue Series is made up of Elle by Stella and Wren House by Stella. You will choose one of the acred venues because you saw them and now you can't unsee them. These two venues compete for acreage on the Conestoga River, both with stretching grassland, river views and the ideal cocktail hour set up. In order to book these venues, your guest list has to be above 100 people and you are looking for a specific atmosphere for your wedding day. Everything happens in one place, ceremony, pictures, dining and dancing. From Al Fresco dining to soaring ceiling dining rooms, these venues give you everything you are looking for and so much more. You are looking to treat your guests to an unmatched experience and willing to go above and beyond to do it. Our acred series are flashy, classy and over the top - just what you might be picturing for your wedding day. Want to fall in love with a Stella venue?
